David Graham (11 July, 1925 - 20 September, 2024) was a British actor who voices the narrator, Wise Old Elf and Mr Gnome. He also voiced Grandpa Pig on Peppa Pig, which is produced by the same company.
Graham began his career in 1952 with a small role in a decidedly obscure television film. In the 1960s, he had a main role on the classic British children's show Thunderbirds as Parker, the butler.
In 1984, he was cast in an Apple Computer television advert that aired during the American football championship game the Super Bowl and which introduced the Macintosh computer; the narrative was a reference to George Orwell's dystopian novel 1984. Graham played "Big Brother".
Another notable role was that of a party guest in the 1984 film Supergirl, which is an entry in the Superman film franchise that starred the actor Christopher Reeve.
Since 2015, Graham has played Parker, his Thunderbirds character, in a "reboot" series Thunderbirds are Go!; he is the only actor to reprise his role from the 1960s show.
David Graham died on the 20th of September 2024 at the age of 99.
